The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling complex employment litigation matters through trial, arbitration, mediation, and settlement, while independently managing sophisticated cases from inception through resolution. This individual will work closely with firm leadership to develop litigation strategy and contribute to the continued growth and success of the Employment Law Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Conduct and defend depositions, including party, witness, and expert depositions
- Appear in court for hearings, status conferences, mediations, and other proceedings
- Prepare for and handle trials, arbitrations, and mediations with minimal supervision
- Oversee and contribute to law and motion practice, including drafting and arguing substantive motions
- Develop case strategy in collaboration with partners and firm leadership
- Perform advanced legal research and prepare high-quality legal memoranda
- Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and other litigation-related documents

Key Qualifications
