Nick has also received training from Pepperdine&#8217;s prestigious Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution and has traveled the globe through the University of Virginia&#8217;s Semester at Sea program.\u00a0<\/p><p>Nick sees labor and employment matters through the entire litigation process to trial in both state and federal courts. Nick specializes in employment matters brought under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), including countless claims for discrimination and harassment, hostile work environment, wrongful termination, and retaliation.
