Shawn S. Rokni

Shawn is the Senior Trial Attorney at West Coast Trial Lawyers.

Shawn graduated from UCLA and the Chapman University School, where he had a merit scholarship and ranked at the top of his class. He also studied law related to injuries and accidents at the world-renowned University of Oxford.

Shawn has extensive and well-rounded personal injury litigation experience. He has worked at the courthouse as a research attorney, inside the chambers of five federal judges, and in-house as an insurance defense litigation attorney for many years. His knowledge of the inner workings of insurance companies gives him unique insight in valuing and litigating personal injury cases.

Prior to joining West Coast Trial Lawyers, Shawn worked as a senior defense attorney for one of the largest defense firms, where he was the lead handling attorney on some of the most serious personal injury cases, involving wrongful deaths, traumatic brain injuries, amputations, spine surgeries, fractured bones, and product liability cases against automobile manufacturers. A skilled cross-examiner with more than 400 depositions under his belt, Shawn has the ability to litigate all types of injury matters. He has handled thousands of personal injury cases, and he has won millions of dollars for his clients.
