Pedram es el presidente de prelitigio en Abogados de la Costa Oeste. Pedram se graduó de la Universidad de California, Irvine, donde recibió su título en Ciencias Políticas, y asistió a la Facultad de Derecho de Whittier. Mientras asistía a la facultad de derecho, Pedram trabajó en los bufetes de abogados Barnett & Barnett, Kazarouni Law Group y Khanjan & Nosratabadi.

Pedram tiene una amplia experiencia en el manejo de lesiones personales, derechos civiles y asuntos penales en los tribunales estatales y federales.
