According to the San Gabriel Valley Tribune, a man died as a result of a motorcycle accident when his motorcycle collided with a vehicle in Pasadena on Tuesday, November 7, 2017.
The accident occurred around 12:25 p.m. at the intersection of Washington Boulevard and Holliston Avenue.
According to authorities, a Toyota Camry was travelling north on Holliston Avenue when the motorcyclist was traveling west on Washington Boulevard and was struck by the vehicle.
The rider was thrown off of his motorcycle due to the impact of the crash.
The rider was transported to a nearby hospital, where he later died.
According to authorities, the rider was a 22-year-old man from Pasadena. His name has not been released due to pending family notification.
The driver of the Camry, a 50-year-old woman from Pasadena, did not suffer any accident related injuries.
The incident remains under investigation.
