Liability In Plane Crashes
It has been estimated that the majority of plane crashes are due to pilot error. But a number of crashes take place due to mechanical malfunctions as well. Most accidents tend to take place during either take-off or landing. When a plane experiences problems mid-air that is usually indicative that a mechanical malfunction may be to blame. If a mechanical malfunction caused a plane to crash the company that built the plane could potentially face liability if anyone is injured.
