Two People Injured In Victorville DUI Car Accident By Palmdale Road and Mariposa Road
VICTORVILLE, CALIFORNIA (July 31, 2019) – Two people were injured in a car accident involving an intoxicated driver not far from the intersection of Palmdale Road and Mariposa Road.
California Highway Patrol are saying that the accident took place when a 32-year-old driver failed to stop at a red light. The driver then crashed into a Toyota Tacoma carrying two adults and two children.
The pickup truck rolled over as a result in the collision. Two people were taken to the hospital in order to receive treatment for their injuries.
The driver that hit them was arrested on suspicion of felony DUI.

According to California Vehicle Code 23152, “(a) It is unlawful for a person who is under the influence of any alcoholic beverage to drive a vehicle.
