Liability In Boat Accidents
Boat operators have a responsibility to operate their vessels in a reasonably safe manner. But not all accidents are the result of driver error. A number of accidents occur due to malfunctions or problems with a boat. Any person that is injured in a boat accident may have legal recourse through a bodily injury claim. Damages in a civil claim can help cover lost wages, medical bills and pain and suffering. A personal injury attorney can examine all of the facts of your case and let you know what your legal options are.
