Louis Otero bus accident: 78-Year-Old Transient Man Identified As Louis Jude Otero Killed After Being Hit And Dragged By Casino Tour Bus Near University Park

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, Louis Jude Otero was hit and dragged around 900 feet by a casino tour bus being chartered by Samho Tour & Travel. The bus accident took place on January 10 and the bus driver did not stop after the victim was hit.
Police later tracked the driver down to a storage yard in Gardena. The LAPD were able to confirm it was the correct bus involved by taking blood and tissue samples that were on the bus. They suspect that the driver was not aware that he hit anyone.
