Ghulam Khimani Torrance: 81-Year-Old Pedestrian Identified As Ghulam Ali Khimani Died In Hit-And-Run Car Accident On Del Amo Boulevard
TORRANCE, CALIFORNIA (April 30, 2019) – An 81-year-old pedestrian identified as Ghulam Ali Khimani has tragically died after they were involved in a hit-and-run car accident by Del Amo Boulevard and Mariner Avenue.
Torrance police are saying that Ghulam Ali Khimani was in the crosswalk before being hit. The driver fled the scene and is still being sought by police.
Emergency medical responders rushed to the scene of the accident in order to help the victim. Despite life-saving efforts Ghulam Ali Khimani was later pronounced dead at the scene.
