Orange County Sheriff’s Deputy Hospitalized After Accident With Big Rig Truck In Stanton

 STANTON, CALIFORNIA (November 7, 2018) A Sheriff’s Deputy was injured in an accident with a big rig truck by the intersection of Katella Avenue and Beach Boulevard.

Stanton police are saying that the accident took place around 11:50 p.m. The big rig truck involved was not hauling a trailer when the crash occurred.

A picture of the police car involved showed major damage to the front of the car. The police officer involved in the crash was transported to the hospital in order to receive treatment.

There was damage to the side of the big rig. An investigation into the cause of the crash remains ongoing at this time.
