Jessica Mauldin Shingletown: Jessica Erin Mauldin From Susanville Injured In Head-On Car Accident On Highway 44 By Airport Way
SHASTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA (March 24, 2019) – A 36-year-old woman identified as Jessica Erin Mauldin was injured in a head-on car accident that left one person dead.
California Highway Patrol are saying that the crash took place around 12:45 p.m. by Highway 44 near Airport Way. A man was driving eastbound on Highway 44 when he drifted into westbound lanes and collided head-on with a Ford Explorer.
Jessica Erin Mauldin was in the Ford that was hit. She had to be transported to the hospital in order to receive treatment. An investigation into the accident remains ongoing at this point.
