Pedestrian Injured In San Jose Hit-And-Run Car Accident By South 1st Street and San Salvador Street
SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA (October 16, 2019) – A male pedestrian was seriously injured in a hit-and-run car accident by the intersection of South 1st Street and Salvador Street.
California Highway Patrol are saying that the accident took place around 12:45 p.m. For reasons that remain under investigation a BMW SUV hit a pedestrian and then kept driving.
The driver of the BMW fled the scene after the accident and is currently being pursued by police. Paramedics took the injured pedestrian to the hospital so that they could receive treatment.
