One Person Injured In San Francisco Hit-And-Run Car Accident On Highway 101 Near Airport
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA (October 15, 2019) – One person was injured in a hit-and-run car accident by the San Francisco International Airport.
California Highway Patrol are saying that the accident took place around 5:11 p.m. on the 101 Freeway. For reasons that remain under investigation a Toyota sedan collided with a motorcycle.
The driver of the Toyota fled the scene and is currently being pursued by police. An investigation int the hit-and-run accident remains ongoing at this time.

According to California Vehicle Code 20001, “The driver of a vehicle involved in an accident resulting in injury to a person, other than himself or herself, or in the death of a person shall immediately stop the vehicle at the scene of the accident and shall fulfill the requirements of Sections 20003 and 20004.” Any person that is injured in a car accident may have legal recourse through a bodily injury claim.
