San Francisco BART Train Accident: Man In Walker Injured In San Francisco BART Train Accident At Balboa Park Station
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA (September 16, 2019) – A man in a walker was seriously injured in a BART train accident at the Balboa Park Station after falling onto the tracks.
Balboa Park Station officials are saying that the man was using a walker when he accidentally fell onto the tracks and into the path of an oncoming train.
Firefighters were called to the scene in order to help the victim. He was pinned in between the side of the train and the track walls.
The victim was rushed to the San Francisco General Hospital in critical condition. An investigation into the accident remains ongoing at this time.
