Liability In Pedestrian Accidents
There are right of way laws that govern when a car should yield the right of way to a pedestrian. In a number of circumstances these rules are ignored and pedestrians become the victims. One of the most common types of pedestrian accidents occur when a pedestrian is crossing the street at an intersection and another car has stopped for them. A second vehicle that doesn’t see the pedestrian will then proceed through the intersection and hit them.
