San Diego Pedestrian Accident: Pedestrian Injured In Normal Heights Hit-And-Run Accident On the 805 Freeway
NORMAL HEIGHTS, CALIFORNIA (November 3, 2019) – A pedestrian was seriously injured in a hit-and-run car accident on the 805 Freeway.
California Highway Patrol are saying that the accident took place around 4:00 a.m. For reasons that remain under investigation the pedestrian was struck.
Good Samaritans in a Lyft were able to help the man out of the freeway and put him in the shoulder. The pedestrian was then taken by ambulance to the hospital.
The driver that hit the victim fled the scene. An investigation remains ongoing at this time.
