One Person Killed In Car Accident Not Far From 47th Street and Hilltop Drive
SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA (March 21, 2019) – One person has died and another person was injured in a car accident not far from 47th Street and Hilltop Drive.
California Highway Patrol is saying that the accident took place around 2:30 p.m. not far from the Holy Cross Cemetery. A 36-year-old woman was driving her car and went through a red-light and hit a 62-year-old woman in a Camry.
San Diego Fire Department officials rushed to the scene of the accident and took the woman in the Toyota to the Scripps Mercy Hospital. An investigation into the accident remains ongoing at this time.
