Liability In Bus Accidents

Bus drivers are supposed to drive in a safe manner and obey the rules of the road. In many circumstances bus drivers will rush to their destination and may hit another vehicle. If a bus driver rear ends another vehicle they will almost certainly be held at fault for the accident. A driver must maintain a safe distance with the vehicle in front of them. If the vehicle in front of you stops or slows down suddenly and you hit it that will constitute strong evidence that you were following too closely. Victims of bus accidents in these situations will be able to file a personal injury claim in order to recover damages for lost wages, medical bills and pain and suffering.
