Woman Walking Dog Seriously Injured Near Pacific Beach Street In San Diego

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA (December 8, 2018) – A 68-year-old woman was seriously injured when she was hit by a car while walking by Pacific Beach Street. 

The accident happened around 5:45 p.m.m by Ingraham Street, according to police. She was hit by a man driving a 1995 Mercury southbound on Ingraham Street. 

Police do not believe that the driver was under the influence at the time of the crash. The woman’s dog was seriously injured as well. 

The 65-year-old woman had to be transported to the hospital in order to receive help for her injuries.
