Bev Hobie Novato: 70-Year-Old Woman Identified As Bev Hobie Died In Car Accident As She Was Crossing South Novato Boulevard
NOVATO, CALIFORNIA (January 24, 2019) – A woman identified as Bev Hobie was hit and killed by a vehicle as she was attempting to cross South Novato Boulevard.
Novato police are saying that the victim was in a marked crosswalk around 6:07 p.m. when she was hit. Firefighters and paramedics rushed to the scene of the collision in order to help the victim.
Despite life-saving efforts Bev Hobie was pronounced dead at the scene. Novato police are continuing to investigate what may have caused the car accident.
