Liability In Pedestrian Collisions
When a police officer is injured on the job in California, they will be able to file a claim for worker’s compensation in order to help with lost wages and medical bills. In addition to worker’s compensation, a victim will be able to file a personal injury claim against the negligent driver. Even if the driver does not have insurance, there are still ways for a victim to recover damages.
