Liability In Head-On Car Accidents
Head-on collisions are among the most dangerous types of accidents that a person can be involved in. They account for only around 2% of all accidents but over 10% of all traffic fatalities. According to California Vehicle Code 21460, “If double parallel solid yellow lines are in place, a person driving a vehicle shall not drive to the left of the lines, except as permitted in this section.” Victims of car accidents may have legal recourse through a bodily injury claim. Damages in a civil claim can help with lost wages, medical bills and pain and suffering.
