Liability In Deaths On Cruise Ships
Cruise ships provide transport to thousands of guests each trip. They have a responsibility to provide a reasonably safe environment for their guests. This includes protecting guests from assault and violent crime. Cruise ships should have security and other measures to help prevent assaults and other crimes. If a cruise ship company fails to provide guests with a reasonably safe environment and a guest is injured or killed they may face civil liability. A premises liability attorney can examine the specific facts of your case and let you know what your rights are.
