Liability In Car Accidents
Drivers are supposed to maintain a safe distance with the vehicle in front of them. There is simply no reason that a rear-end collision should occur. A rear-end collision will typically take place when a driver is distracted or speeding. Any person that is injured in a rear-end collision may have legal recourse through a bodily injury claim. Damages in a civil claim can include money for lost wages, medical bills and pain and suffering. There are statute of limitations associated with pursuing a claim, so it’s important to be proactive.
