According to the Orange County Register, a 64-year-old man in a wheelchair was hit by a car on Tuesday afternoon in Stanton. The accident occurred at Beach Boulevard and Chapman Avenue. The man was taken to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead due to his severe injuries. According to the authorities, the accident was caused by a chain-reaction between an Acura and a Nissan Murano, which caused the Acura to lose control and jump the curb and hit the victim.
