Four People Were Injured In Malibu Car Accident On Pacific Coast Highway Near Dear Creek Road
MALIBU, CALIFORNIA (August 30, 2019) – At least four people were injured in a car accident on Pacific Coast Highway.
California Highway Patrol are saying that the car accident took place around 8:40 p.m. Police are saying that a Scion made a right turn into the path of an Infiniti.
It remains unclear who had the right of way. At least four people were injured in the crash.
Paramedics had to be called to the scene in order to help the victims. There is an ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident at this time.

According to California Vehicle code 22100, “Except as provided in Section 22100.5 or 22101, the driver of any vehicle intending to turn upon a highway shall do so as follows: (a) Right Turns. Both the approach for a right-hand turn and a right-hand turn shall be made as close as practicable to the right-hand curb or edge of the roadway.” Any person injured in a car accident due to the negligence of another driver may have recourse through a bodily injury claim.
