Three People Injured In Los Angeles Car Accident By Vernon Avenue and Western Avenue
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA (July 14, 2019) – At least three people were injured in a car accident not far from the intersection of Vernon Avenue and Western Avenue.
California Highway Patrol are saying that the multi-vehicle accident took place around 5:30 p.m. in South Los Angeles. A total of four vehicles were involved.
One of the cars was pushed into a nearby pole. Paramedics rushed to the scene and took three of the victims to the hospital in order to receive treatment.

According to California Vehicle Code 21804, “The driver of any vehicle about to enter or cross a highway from any public or private property, or from an alley, shall yield the right-of-way to all traffic, as defined in Section 620, approaching on the highway close enough to constitute an immediate hazard, and shall continue to yield the right-of-way to that traffic until he or she can proceed with reasonable safety.” Any person that is injured in a car accident may be able to recover damages through a bodily injury claim.
