Liability In Accidents Involving Debris In The Road
Drivers have a responsibility to secure their loads and to take steps to prevent accidents. Far too often, drivers will tie down their loads with loose string which will then come undone. Ever year hundreds of people are killed in accidents involving refrigerators or other objects in the middle of the road. The family of a victim that died will have the ability to file a wrongful death claim for damages. A wrongful death lawyer can examine the specific facts of your case and let you know what your rights are.
