Liability In School Bus Accidents
School buses transport millions of students every day. It is imperative that steps are taken to make sure that school buses are working properly. An antifreeze leak can occur for a variety of different reasons including:
- A blown head gasket may cause coolant and engine oils to mix.
- Antifreeze may come out through a leak in the radiator.
- Antifreeze may leak out of various hose attachments.
In many circumstances, leaks may occur because of poor maintenance with a vehicle. Any victim that is injured while riding the bus to school may have legal recourse through a personal injury claim. Damages may include money for lost wages, medical bills and pain and suffering. A bus accident attorney can investigate all of the facts of your case and let you know what your rights are.
