Liability In Car Accidents
Drivers have a legal responsibility to operate their vehicles according to the prevailing conditions of the roadway and look in all directions before changing lanes. According to California Vehicle Code 22107, “No person shall turn a vehicle from a direct course or move right or left upon a roadway until such movement can be made with reasonable safety and then only after the giving of an appropriate signal in the manner provided in this chapter in the event any other vehicle may be affected by the movement.”
Any person that is injured due to the negligence of another driver may have the ability to collect money for medical bills, lost wages and pain and suffering. A motorcycle accident attorney can examine all of the facts of your case and let you know what your options are. It doesn’t cost anything to hire an attorney and they only get paid if they are able to successfully resolve your case.
