Liability In Head-On Collisions
Head-on collisions are among the most deadly types of car accidents that a person can be involved in. For the most part, head-on collisions occur when drivers are distracted or fatigued. However, there are a number of occasions when a car will hydroplane because of defects with the road. For example, poor grating or roadwork can cause a road to become slick and polished. Victims of car accidents may be able to file a personal injury claim in order to recover damages.
