One Year Old Boy Died In Fresno Dog Attack After Two Rottweilers Escaped And Mauled Him At His House By Kaviland and Fordham
FRESNO, CALIFORNIA (March 23, 2019) – A one-year-old boy has tragically died in a dog attack involving two Rottweilers not far from Kaviland and Fordham.
Fresno police officials are saying that the attack took place around 11:00 a.m. on Friday. The child got out of his house and the two Rottweilers somehow got out of their yard.
Investigators say that the dogs dug a hole under the fence and managed to escape. Neighbors are saying that this is not the first time that this has happened.
While the young boy was in his front yard he was attacked and mauled by the two dogs. The boys grandfather was able to stop the attack by hitting the dogs with a hose.
Paramedics rushed to the scene and took the boy to the community Regional Medical Center with critical injuries. Despite life-saving efforts the young boy was later pronounced dead.
There are currently no criminal charges against the owners of the dog.
