We were defiantly not prepared for her death since she was only 35 and was taken from us at such a young age. I am asking for your help because I believe my father is already dealing with the loss of his first born. No father should ever have to bury his child. We are raising funds for her funeral service. Cesilia Ortega was a beautiful soul who deserves to be celebrated. After a loved one passes, be encouraged by their passing and legacy. Instead of crying, live an inspired, spiritual and happy life. Live each day with encouragement knowing that they are proud and smiling down on you from Heaven. We appreciate any donations and also suggestions. Thank you very much from my family and I.”
Liability In Train Accidents
Ever year hundreds of people are killed or seriously injured in train accidents. Pedestrian accidents tend to occur at or near railway crossings. Depending on a number of factors a city or train company may face civil liability for a pedestrian accident. For example, the area designated for a railway crossing should be consistent with the terrain surrounding it. This is a design concept known as gradient. A consistent gradient will allow drivers and pedestrians to cross the tracks in a seamless fashion.
Railway crossings should also have a system in place to warn pedestrians and vehicles of incoming trains. This includes auditory cues as well as flashing lights and crossing arms. There should be a clear line of sight on both sides of the train tracks. Trees, buildings, parked vehicles and other obstacles might obscure a pedestrians ability to see an oncoming train. A wrongful death attorney can investigate your claim and let you know what your rights are. Victims of train accidents may be entitled to damages.
