Fatal pedestrian accident caused by DUI driver in Ontario

According to the San Bernardino Sun, a 26-year-old man was struck and killed by a drunk driver when he was pushing a disabled vehicle as his mother steered in Ontario on Thursday, January 4, 2017.

The fatal pedestrian accident occurred at the 800 block of East Mission Boulevard around 11:45 p.m., when the suspected drunk driver, identified as 21-year-old Shayne Ary of Bakersfield, struck the victim. Ary was arrested on suspicion of felony driving under the influence and gross vehicular manslaughter.
