Bicyclist Killed In Encino Car Accident On Burbank Boulevard
ENCINO, CALIFORNIA (July 31, 2019) – A 65-year-old cyclist has tragically died in a car accident on Burbank Boulevard.
California Highway Patrol are saying that the accident took place around 12:00 p.m. The bicyclist was thrown off the bicycle following the accident.
Paramedics rushed to the scene in order to help the victim. Despite life-saving efforts they later died due to their injuries.

According to California Vehicle Code 21950, “The driver of a vehicle approaching a pedestrian within any marked or unmarked crosswalk shall exercise all due care and shall reduce the speed of the vehicle or take any other action relating to the operation of the vehicle as necessary to safeguard the safety of the pedestrian.”
