Liability In Car Accidents
There are around 35,000 deaths every year in car accidents. Millions more are seriously injured and required hospitalization. Speeding, fatigue and drug use were often to blame. Drivers that cause rear-end collisions will almost always face civil liability. Hitting another vehicle from behind is strong evidence that the rear driver was not paying attention or was traveling too quickly. Any person that is injured in a car accident may be able to recover damages through a bodily injury claim. A car accident attorney can look at all of the facts of your case and let you know what your options are.
