Pedestrian Killed In Bakersfield Bicycle Accident On Highway 58 In San Lauren
BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA (August 29, 2019) – A bicyclist has tragically died after a car accident on Highway 58 on Landco Drive.
California Highway Patrol are saying that the accident took place around 10:25 p.m. For reasons that remain under investigation a driver hit the woman while she was riding her bicycle.
An ambulance was called to the scene and the victim was taken to the hospital. Despite life-saving efforts she was later pronounced dead.
An investigation into the fatal accident remains ongoing at this time.
