Liability In Bus Accidents
Buses are considered common carriers under the law. Bus companies are held to a very high standard. In addition to driver training, drivers should regularly undergo medical examinations in order to uncover health conditions that could affect their ability to drive safely. A number of accidents happen with drivers that suffer from narcolepsy. This has been a major problem with commuter trains in recent years. Victims of bus accidents will have the ability to file a personal injury claim for damages.
