Five People Injured In Police Chase Car Accident In Alhambra By Beacon Street and Chapel Avenue
ALHAMBRA, CALIFORNIA (September 8, 2019) – At least five people were injured in a car accident following a police chase near the intersection of Beacon Street and Chapel Avenue.
California Highway Patrol are saying that they were chasing three men in their early 20’s on suspicion of breaking and entering. The car being chased ran a stop sign and hit the side of the minivan.
At least two people in the minivan were injured and had to be taken to the hospital. There is an ongoing investigation into the cause of the car accident.

According to California Vehicle Code 22450, “The driver of any vehicle approaching a stop sign at the entrance to, or within, an intersection shall stop at a limit line, if marked, otherwise before entering the crosswalk on the near side of the intersection.” Any person that is injured by reckless drivers may have the ability to recover damages through a bodily injury claim.
