According to the San Gabriel Valley Tribune, a 47-year-old man was killed in a fatal motorcycle accident involving a mini-van in Hacienda Heights on Friday, March 30, 2018.
The fatal motorcycle accident was reported around 2:15 p.m. near the intersection of Hacienda Boulevard and Del Prado Drive, when a Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle and a Toyota Sienna minivan collided.
According to authorities, the motorcycle accident occurred when the minivan was making a left turn and collided with the motorcyclist.
The motorcyclist, identified as Roy Trent, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the minivan was not injured in the motorcycle accident.
According to authorities, alcohol or drugs were not believed to be a factor in the fatal motorcycle accident.
The fatal motorcycle accident remains under investigation.
