According to the Press Enterprise, a crash involving two big rigs and a vehicle left three people dead and another injured on the 10 Freeway in Desert Center on Thursday, October 26, 2017.
The fatal crash occurred around 6 a.m. along the eastbound 10 Freeway east of Eagle Mountain Road.
Once firefighters arrived, they found one tractor-trailer engulfed in flames and a person lying on the ground next to the burning vehicle.
According to authorities, the fire was contained at 6:25 a.m.
Three people were found dead, and another person sustained moderate injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital.
