According to NBC, a tour bus carrying 32 passengers overturned on the 10 Freeway, injuring at least 25 people, in downtown Los Angeles on Saturday, July 14, 2018.
The bus accident occurred around 4 a.m. on the westbound 10 Freeway, near the 110 Freeway interchange, when the driver struck a median separating the two freeways. As a result of the impact, the bus crashed into impact buffers and overturned on its side.
According to authorities, 25 people were injured and rushed to nearby hospitals. Four people were in serious condition, five were in fair condition, and 16 others were described to be in good condition.
Authorities said that the bus was traveling from Palo Casino and was heading to Koreatown.
The cause of the bus accident remains unknown and is currently under investigation.
