According to KTLA, two people who were riding a scooter were left with serious injuries after being struck by a hit-and-run driver on Tuesday, September 5.
LAPD reported that the scooter vs. car accident occurred around 9 p.m. near the intersection of Glendale Blvd. and Rowena Ave. in Los Angeles, California. The two scooter riders were rear-ended by a silver sedan and thrown off the scooter. A witness stated that the hit-and-run driver dragged the scooter for about a block before removing it and fleeing the scene.
Both scooter riders were in critical condition and transported to a local hospital.
