According to ABC 7, two people were killed and two others were injured in a fatal car accident involving multiple vehicles on the 5 Freeway in Arleta on Monday, June 11, 2018.
The car accident occurred around 8:40 p.m. near Osborne Street, when a vehicle was stopped in the middle lane of the freeway, and another vehicle struck it.
According to authorities, another vehicle was involved in the car accident – resulting in three vehicles involved.
As a result, two people, who were identified as a man and a woman in their 30s, were pronounced dead at the scene.
Two other people, an elderly woman and a young woman, were injured in the car accident. A man who was involved in the car accident was evaluated at the scene.
