According to the San Diego Tribune, a fiery crash left a man dead and a woman with serious injuries in downtown San Diego on Sunday, November 5, 2017.
The driver of a green Lamborghini was speeding and lost control of his vehicle around 2 a.m.
The vehicle struck a palm tree near West Broadway and became engulfed in flames.
According to authorities, the woman was ejected from the vehicle and was found on the street near the vehicle.
The woman sustained serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
The driver, who has not been identified, died due to the severity of the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
